How Long Does It Take?

We personalize and ship most items to arrive in 5-12 business days, though some items may take a little longer – depending on the personalization and product.Production times may be longer during holidays.

Is My Product Returnable?

Unfortunately, personalized products are not returnable, unless it has been damaged during shipping or you received a product other than what you ordered. Please contactsupport@beachcoastdesigns.comfor assistance with this.

Do You Ship To PO Boxes?

Since we use multiple shippers we cannot guarantee delivery to P.O. Boxes.
We do not recommend using PO Boxes as we can't guarantee the order will be shipped using a courier that can deliver to the PO Box for exampleUPS and Fedex do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Shipping On Multiple Products

We ship from many locations, so when you have more than one item in your cart, you will be charged shipping for each additional product.

Every year, hundreds of seals and sea lions are injured or become ill along the California coast.

The Pacific Marine Mammal Center rescues, rehabilitates and releases these magnificent sea creatures back into the wild. They also respond to injured or sick sea turtles, dolphins and whales.
